SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and delivery
After payment is confirmed, it will take 10 to 21 business days to process your order.
To avoid losing items or unnecessary delays, please make sure the shipping address you provided to Google is correct. After the parcel has been shipped, it cannot be redirected. Parcels that cannot be delivered will be returned to us. Postage and handling fees are incurred to reship the parcel.
International shipping
International shipments are calculated by KoreaPost EMS, including tracking. Regular guide orders must arrive within 10 to 21 days, so delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal service. High season delivery times can vary considerably depending on international delivery, especially until Christmas.
